Add custom hours and dates for participants at the series level that propagates to sessions.

Original note: I am beginning to add in participants for our Pony Pals program, participants sign up for a few weeks at a time as opposed to ongoing like TR lessons do. When I signed up a rider Makayla, I put her end date as September 19, which seems to be working except its not taking her off the calendar on dates after the 19th. Ideally I want to be able to put in an end date and that should take the rider off the schedule, so we can easily see who will be there each day. --- Fix: implemented custom hours and dates for participants at the series level that propagates to sessions.
