Enhance visual prominence of additional emails on participant detail page

Participant Profile: love the 'Additional Emails' section! Can these emails show on the static Profile Page as well? Right now you can only see the additional emails when in edit mode. There are times that Staff needs to send an email to a single individual and having it on the profile page would save time. —- 🐜 investigation - they currently DO display on the participant detail page in read mode - they need to be broken out into their own section with more prominently displayed emails
