add list of all auto-sent emails to /settings for admins only

A comprehensive yet terse list of WHEN an email goes out and who it goes out to, includes admin/manager initiated emails, user-initiated emails, and system initiated emails. this list should be updated every time a new alert/notification email workflow is added to the system to clearly communicate to admins what triggers an email and when. list should be collapsed by default, but still live in its own section, probably right above the email activity log. this is only for org admins.
