My recent volunteer import didn't go that…

My recent volunteer import didn't go that great. I used the 'paste' values function in the import wizard I had some errors but didn't know how to fix them :) So I imported any way.... Can you guide me on the best way to resolve? Should I try uploading the .csv file instead of pasting data. I'm concerned that if it's messed up now, another import on top will do more damage.
