ParticipantHorse Tack (Series/Session)

We need to add an additional data layer to the assignment-trio dialog and ParticipantHorsePair for series and one-off sessions with the following fields: - Saddle (text field) - Girth (integer w/ unit of inches + Dressage or Western dropdown) - Saddle Pad (text field) - Bridle (text field) - Reins (text field) - Stirrup Type (text field) - Stirrup Length (text field) how it should be entered: - a mobile-first collapsed-by-default section beneath Participant and Horse, but above Guardian, in the dialog for adding a ParticipantHorsePair for both series and sessions. This dialog should be fully modular/shareable so you should only need to edit this once and ensure its wired in properly in all places its used. This will data will then be displayed in the following areas: - Participant Assignment Row (that displays the participant and the horse) and tack should be INLINE with the Horse and the horse avatar (on the same row as a nicely styled row of text) - In the Horse session history rows (so we can see what tack a horse is commonly ridden with) - In the Participant session history (so we can see what tack a participant commonly uses)
