voice notes in messages

in /messages we need the ability to do the following - transcribe (obviously, just reuse agent transcribe) - record a voice note (an audio clip, compressed then stored in object storage) - works just like a voice note in a modern messaging app, shows a preview in the chat stream with a playbutton and a scrubbable timeline, etc - maybe we put these both into a one click/tap right-expand snap menu that shows two buttons, one for each of the above features with two different obvious icons like classic `mic` for transcribe, but `audio-lines` for voice note. show a transcription in a small, collapsed by default section - we already have a shared component for that too you can reuse. its tiny on purpose.
