AI FAB adjustments

- For non-subscribers, if they click the FAB, the resulting addon dialog needs an option to hide the agent FAB temporarily (stored to device localstorage) that gets invalidated if they subscribe / add-on the AI agent - load AFTER fetching add-on subscription status, not before (okay to show spinner on FAB during fetch)
