Work Shift Person Hours Adjustments

WORK SHIFT PERSON HOURS ADJUSTMENTS: a person within a work shift can have their hours adjusted manually at the series level. ie if a work shift is 1-5, but a person is only there from 1-3, then we need an additional input area on the work shift person row that allows admins/managers to say they're only here from 1-3 and this also reflects in their hours count under past sessions
