roadmap: sorting items should NOT affect the last updated value

so if this is an issue, maybe we switch to "added on" instead, will need a slight rework of the display component most likely oh and make hyperlinks clickable - no like markdown or html support, i mean literal https://website.com urls written in plaintext. just make them clickable. always opens in a new tab. oh and one more: right below our collapsed-by-default Completed section, we need to add our latest post component below there - this should only pull from the release notes tag, this will be a different id in prod vs dev, but however we're doing it in /settings right now is the correct pattern - just implement that on roadmap - all roles and unauth/public can see this, its meant to promote our latest release note posts on the blog
