Personal Holidays (like Org Holidays)
Following the same UI patterns and components used in Org Holidays, we need to ideally reuse those same components (if not modular, we should make them modular as a first step) and then create a new feature that allows PEOPLE (any and all roles) to add a Personal Holiday in their /settings panel near the top. this will effectively work like an OOO message, but affect our logic app-wide, similarly to how Org Holidays affect logic app-wide. Here's how it should work: - A person adds a new holiday (same UI as Org Holidays, new section in /settings) - Disables them from being added to a any session type (or session thats is part of a series of any type) that occurs during their designated holiday dates - People are NOT automatically removed from sessions they're assigned to - Instead, an email notification/alert should be sent to admins of an org and an alert shown on their dashboard (find dashboard alerts for guardian linking, follow same UI patterns) and admins must approve the holiday - Once approved by an admin, THEN it cascades and removes them from any sessions they're assigned to during that time. it only removes them from sessions, not series. - finally, after remove, it emails the person who submitted the holiday notifying them that they've been removed from those sessions (and it lists the sessions) - their dashboard will automatically update with the sessions that take place during their requested dates removed investigate, ask clarifying questions, then review our exiting UI patterns and tailwind, and write the plan. everything must be mobile-optimized obviously.
