add custom dates for each person on series detail

New feature: series detail page, for staff and volunteers, to the left of the clock icon that fires the custom work hours popover, we need a new calendar icon to set custom work dates for that person for the series. This would allow staff and volunteers to only be added to sessions within that series during those dates, and wouldn’t include them on sessions that take place outside of that date range. This is because sometime staff and volunteers can’t always attend the whole series, or need to switch series / shifts after a certain date. Investigate, ask clarifying questions w your agent tooling, and after I answer write the plan and task.
