update horse-participant trio card/behavior

- in a session detail page of a series: for assignmenttrio dialog: - new behavior: editing the tack from the SESSION detail page now applies to the CURRENT and all FUTURE SESSIONS (respecting top-up for no end dates) - this doesnt change the default tack for the person or the horse, just the loadout set at the series-level for that respective participant-horse pair for the current and remaining sessions in the series - add a new prop to this dialog that expands the tack dropdown onmount, nullable, off by default (for backwards compatability that ensures we're not changing anything existing) - when opening this same dialog from a session detail page (for anyone who has access to open it), that new prop we added above should be set to on so the tack section auto-expands onmount when anyone views the dialog from a session detail page (series detail, remains collapsed on mount)
