Add URL modifer to the signup link for role-specific wizards

The goal here is to create four additional sign-up links that can be copied from the settings panel for ad. Admins and I believe managers as well. Each of the four sign-up links should have most likely some sort of an anchor tag at the end that only shows that specific role as the The thing that they can sign up for. So https://24trots.com/org-slug/signup is the general signup link and we would need to add: https://24trots.com/org-slug/signup#staff for staff https://24trots.com/org-slug/signup#volunteer for volunteers https://24trots.com/org-slug/signup#participant for participants https://24trots.com/org-slug/signup#guardian for guardians for example, if a user visits: https://24trots.com/org-slug/signup#volunteer they would only see the Volunteer option in the wizard and all other options would be hidden from the UI. it doesnt need to be iron clad, just a basic UI adjustment.
