would like to gate keep the work shifts by only allowing volunteers that have an assigned role tag be able to join a work shift that has a matching open role tag * test volunteer has no role tags assigned yet, however when viewing the Dashboard, all shifts that are under staffed are presented --- 🛠️ Fix: Show sessions available to join when: 1. Session is short staffed for volunteers 2. Open spots fit the same role tag as the logged in volunteer 3. Show open spots WITHIN and OUTSIDE the logged in user's availability (but note with indicators)
