ReStructure Horse Diet and Medication

For future reporting needs, it would be helpful to have Horse Diet/Medications broken out into separate categories. Currently, we have volunteers make AM and PM supplement bags on a weekly basis. With the current horse profile data, all diet and medications are in one free-form text box. To make it easier to create and print the various data, it would be 'nice to have' Diet and Medication broken out in to separate sections, so we can ideally (in the future) create a report for each area as follows: AM Supplements PM Supplements AM Hay AM Grain LUNCH Hay LUNCH Grain PM Hay PM Grain AM Medication LUNCH Medication PM Medication ➡️ Need more info before beginning 💬 From Kiz: - The intention was to separate the feed, the supplements, and meds. All of the have different users: feed is barn manager/barn crew; the supplements is a separate group of volunteers, meds are typically staff. It will be helpful to have these separate when we get to reporting so we can create a hard copy of each for the appropriate groups and uses. Having a check-box that meds were done is a nice to have, but typically the horse meds dont need to be checked off as done ❓ what were you imagining this would look like in a future world with reporting? Are you imagining a master grid of all horse feeds/meds/supplements that you can export or view? - 💬 yes - we'd like to update at the horse profile level, but then have a master grid of: 1.feed: how much hay and grain at each feeding- this is used by Barn Managers and kept on a clipboard in both the Kubota and in the hay barn. It will be too difficult to use our phones to use for feeding...we typically have the feed chart in the back of the Kubota being used by the 2-3 people that are feeding. 2. Supplements- we have a small group of volunteers that come on a weekly basis (and at different times) to prepare supplement bags for each horse for both AM and PM. It is a lot easier for them to have a printed view as they use both hands for measuring and scooping multiple ingredients into each bag. 3. Meds: right now this is kept in different locations (white board in hay barn, and in the kitchen for Lucy's meds) it would be good to be able to print this and keep on the kubota with the feedchart. NEEDS TO BE PRINTABLE - Idea for future: maybe we have a "Get Ready for Today/This Week" feature in the sidebar for Admins/Managers which exports a customizable PDF of today's/This Weeks schedule, all horses feeding schedules in a grid for that day/week, tack for each participant with notes?
