update to cancelled sessions- there are a few types of cancelled sessions (correct?) * cancelled due to error in creation...ie SUN Lunch * cancelled due to Org holiday...ie Sat Lessons on July 4 * cancelled due to shift or lesson block has ended on a specific date...ie we used to do a Fri PM lesson that just ended at the end of may For sessions cancelled from an error- these should *not* show on the Session overview. For sessions cancelled due to ORg holiday- these should show on the Session overview For sessions that ended on a specific date- those would show in history, but not moving forward. making sure they don't show up as cancelled after the end date. --- 💬Explanation: - There's only CANCELLED and DELETED -- Cancelled sessions remain visible, but can be filtered out of display -- Sessions that are cancelled can then be permanently deleted - 🐜 However, for series with end dates where the series is created but the end date is adjusted there currently is no clean up for sessions that were created with the original end date. - ✅ Fix: Clean up orphaned sessions on series end-date shorten giving user option to Cancel or Delete, adding this for pattern change as well (ie MWF > MF only, drops W)
