Update copy for Personal Holiday functionality (Received, Confirmed, Unconfirmed)

Let's talk through some alternative wording for 'Personal Holiday', as well as 'approved' and 'denied'. * for volunteers, since it is a volunteer position people don't ask for time off they are simply notifying that they won't be here. *same for participants...and we would never deny, only acknowledge an absence Instead of 'Personal Holiday' - maybe 'Absence Notification', or 'Away from Barn Notification', or Out of Barn Notification, or something to that affect...it's a notification, not necessarily a request Instead of the response being 'your personal holiday' has been approved - maybe it's something like 'absence notification has been received and processed, and you ahve been removed from the following' (I can't remember all the wording) Let's talk through this more --- MAIN ISSUE is LANGUAGE: - Approval, Request, Denial language - Received and Confirmed and Unconfirmed, NOT Requested and Approved and Denied —- 👂 heard. I went through a similar train of thought and landed on “personal holiday” as a general blanket term. Getting the right word, in only a word, is tricky, but it’s all copy and easy to change. The underlying system is referred to throughout the codebase as Personal Holidays, so that won’t change, but we can change the wording for everything. The criteria will be BREVITY and CLARITY. Is it short? Do I understand what it is instantly? If yes to both of those I’ll be fine with it.
