For Admins/Managers - improve /settings section breaks and reorg components

We need to create nice h2 heading breaks between sections in /settings for admins and managers - its getting to be a big list, and we need better organization and labeling. I'd like it like this (starting below the user profile info): - Organization (includes: Organization, Organization logo, Onboarding Agreements, Organization Holidays) - Users & Tags (includes: User Management, Tags, Import, Signup Links) - Notifications (includes: Email Delivery, Automated Emails, Email Alert Log) - Widgets (includes: Waitlist Widgets) - then everything else small side note: the email alert log should be put into a collapsed-by-default container just like Automated Emails
