Instructors who need to see their assignments clearly, record attendance and notes from the barn (often on a phone with one hand), and stop digging through email threads to figure out who's on for today. No more copy-pasting the same session across twelve weeks. 🐎 Horse and Participant Matching, Built In Your herd is a resource, and 24Trots treats it like one. Each horse has a profile with weight limits, current status (active, resting, unavailable), and custom tags you define. Each participant has their own record with contact info, medical safety notes, and their assigned guardian. When you're building a session, you have everything you need to make the right match — without opening a second tab. 📋 Attendance and Progress Notes in the Barn Instructors can mark attendance and write session notes directly from their phone during or after a session. Notes build a longitudinal record of each participant's progress over time — accessible to program staff, not buried in a paper notebook or lost when someone leaves the organization. Attendance states (present, absent, no-show) feed directly into your records, so you always have an accurate picture of participation. ✍️ Digital Waivers and Agreements Waivers and consent forms can be completed entirely in-app, with a scroll-to-confirm enforcement step so you know they've actually been read. Volunteers, participants, and guardians can sign on their own device.
