What's New 🗓️ Availability Editing in My Profile Volunteers and Staff can now update their own availability directly from the My Profile settings page — no Admin required. Changes take effect immediately and are visible to anyone scheduling sessions. Use it when: A Volunteer's schedule changes and they need to update which days or hours they're available without going through an Admin or Manager. 👀 Open Work Shifts in the 7-Day Agenda Open barn shifts are now folded directly into the main 7-day agenda view on the dashboard, so Members see everything in one place instead of switching between sections. Use it when: Checking the week ahead to see which shifts still need coverage alongside regular sessions. Improvements • Analytics chart controls: Date range selectors and metric filters are now dropdowns instead of button groups, making it easier to configure charts with many options.

• Hourly chart grouping: Activity charts can now be grouped by hour of day for a more granular view of when things happen.

• Improved date and time formatting: Axis labels and tooltips across all charts now display in a consistent, readable format.

• AI agent role tag management: The AI scheduling assistant can now add and manage custom role tags on person records.

• AI agent person record updates: The assistant handles partial updates more reliably, only writing fields that have valid data.

• First and last name editing: Members can now edit their own first and last name from their profile settings.

Fixes • Fixed feedback submissions not supporting multiple screenshot attachments.

• Fixed Volunteer availability saves failing silently due to a permissions mismatch.

• Fixed availability changes not reflecting in the My Profile view after saving.
